Agnes was presumed dead as a ‘consequence of war operations’ at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 19 June 1941. She was killed along with her sisters Elizabeth and Annie when a parachute mine landed on Percy Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
She is buried in Carnmoney Cemetery.
