Hazel lost her life when a parachute mine landed on Barbour Street.
Her grandmother Annie, mother Hessie, aunts Annie, Evelyn and Eva, uncle James, great aunt Agnes, and her cousins Maureen and Anne were killed too.
Three others were also killed in the blast.
Hazel is buried in Carnmoney Public Cemetery with her family.
