Kathleen was presumed dead as a ‘consequence of war operations’ at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 19 June 1941. She was killed when a parachute mine landed on Veryan Gardens during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
Her parents Arthur and Alice, brother John, grandparents John and Emily, aunt Olga and cousin Peter also lost their lives.
