Olga was presumed dead as a ‘consequence of war operations’ at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 19 June 1941. She was killed when a parachute mine landed on Veryan Gardens during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
Her son Peter, parents-in-law John and Emily, brother-in-law Arthur, sister-in-law Alice, niece Kathleen and nephew John also lost their lives.
