Peter was presumed dead as a ‘consequence of war operations’ at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 19 June 1941. He was killed when a parachute mine landed on Veryan Gardens during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
His mother Olga, grandparents John and Emily, uncle Arthur, aunt Alice and cousins Kathleen and John also lost their lives.
