Known as Sue, she was presumed dead as a ‘consequence of war operations’ at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 19 June 1941.
She was killed when a parachute mine landed on Veryan Gardens during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
Her mother and sister both called Mary, her aunt Jean, uncle and cousin both called Danny were also killed in the same incident.
